Hi Quinn Sure,
Sorry about that. I want to explain the cause of the outage.
Since May 30 success rate from our proxy providers dropped to 13% of overall requests. On June 10 it dropped to 2.7%. Today, on June 11, we consider 22% of proxy requests as successful (the first screenshot). Before outage proxy providers success rate was about 60-80%.
The problem not only with your searches. It's a global problem across proxy providers. The success rate for all requests to our system is unstable (the second screenshot).
The average response time from our system also increased from 3.2 to 6 seconds (third screenshot). On May 10, when you noticed unacceptable search performance, the average response time was 27 seconds.
The above said is not an excuse for us. I just want to put a bit of context for you. We benchmark and add new networks to stabilize the performance of our system.

Hi Quinn,
Thanks for the report!
Unfortunately we've been having some issues with our proxy providers causing response times to be inflated. We've also had more failures than normal and we had a spike of them last night. No failed searches will be counted against you since a search credit is only removed after a successful search.
We are still working with our providers as well as others to get our performance back to where it should be. I've moved this thread to In Progress as we're currently working on it.
I apologize for the dip in performance and will post updates to this thread when I have them.
