Google search answer box gives the wrong URL and title tag

It's saying the URL is to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:URL instead of what it's supposed to be: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slipping#:~:text=From%20Wikipedia%2C%20the%20free%20encyclopedia,%22slip%22%20by%20the%20boxer.
It's parsing the informational link about wikipedia instead of the actual answer box link (see screenshot)

There is a good possiblity that your issue has been resolved with https://github.com/serpapi/public-roadmap/issues/132
We cannot reproduce the search inspect link since it has expired. Could you please check it again and confirm that the issue has been resolved?
