Date is not returned as expected in news search

Some of the news_results has an incorrect date and does not include any information about the date. Instead the date field provides the headline of the article, as seen on: https://serpapi.com/searches/60d6c50ef24fbf44/61c967825b54ef2ec8d9c14d.json
Result localization is required so I don't want to pull the data without HL and GL parameters.

I have tried to reproduce this bug but I was unsuccessful:
It is possible that Google may be testing a new UI for a limited amount of time.
I will document this internally for our engineers. Could you share more information if you have?
